Heard from owner .. trying to get the original recipe correct.. willing to give them another try. Do love their pizza

I haven't had Pizza House in over 5 years and it still never disappoints. A friend mentioned they had it recently and I was wow I totally forgot about this place. Stopped one evening ordered a small pepperoni to go. Order was ready about 20 mins later. I picked it up and drove home. I think I drove faster going home because my pizza smelt so good. The pizza was FANTASTIC!!! I know most peeps would prefer to go down to Wooster st and get that type of pizza but do yourself the favor and stop in at Pizza House and get their pizza instead. The cheese, the crust and the flavor all comes together and explodes in your mouth. Truly do yourself the favor and try the pizza here. Worth the effort for finding a parking spot Enjoy!

Pops once owned a pizza place so he is THE pizza connoisseur. He said the pizza here was good. Actually, was surprised by how good it was. So, 5 stars for my pop's critique.

My 1st stop when I get home from VA. Eat in or pick up. Service is fast pace so I like to know my order before going to the counter. They take cards for those of us who come home and want to get our hometown pizza. Love to get my bacon pizza with a Snapple.

Great pizza but dirty restaurant. I recommend not eating in the restaurant. Carryout would be best option. The server put our pizza on a dusty countertop then put it in a pizza pan to serve it to us.

This restaurant serves Greek style pizza and it was delicious. The service was good. Restaurant is giving old 70s diner.

My daughter had a track competition in New Haven and since I was in New Haven, why not get a pizza!!! I didn't want to go to none of the well known pizza places like Sally's or Modern, so I researched pizza places in New Haven on Yelp. There are a ton of pizza places in New Haven that are just as good as the ones on Wooster Street but not recognized. I found Pizza House and decided to go here. The restaurant is small and you can tell that they have a regular customer base that comes in. I ordered a small pizza which was nine dollars and fifty cents which was a great price. I waited about twenty five minutes and I think they forgot about my order as it was busy. I went to counter to ask if my pizza was ready and he said another ten minutes, but it came out within a few minutes. I noticed the way the pizza was prepared and it wasn't the traditional way of making pizza. The dough was already prepared in a pan with the sauce on top. I noticed it was Greek style pizza!!! I've never had Greek pizza before!! At least that I know of. I read the Yelp reviews and customers stated that it was Greek style pizza. The pizza was very delicious. The sauce was very flavorful and the crust was the best part!! That's my favorite part of the pizza. It wasn't the traditional style pizza crust but rather a thicker crust. The customer service was okay as I didn't see any staff come to anyone's table, or come to my table. It seemed to be a self service restaurant and you clean off your own table off. The customer service didn't bother me as I was in my glory eating pizza.

Great pizza I get the mushroom bell peppers and onion. It's not too cheesy.And Greek salad is great. I do take out. Ambiance not great.
